Bitwick is a studio based at 4F Tilehouse Building, Chuo-ku, Osaka, Japan. You can reach us at hello@bitwick.example. This site is run by the studio’s founder, Nanami Okabe.
Privacy
What we collect: the details you type into the contact form (name, email, company, project details) and basic, anonymous visit numbers such as which pages were viewed.
Why: to answer you and to see which pages help.
How long: contact messages are kept for 12 months unless we work together. Visit numbers are kept for 14 months.
Who sees it: the people of the studio and the tools we use to host the site and handle email. We don’t sell data.
Your rights: ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by email. We’ll answer within 30 days.
Cookies
We use one analytics cookie that counts visits without identifying you. It holds no personal data and is never used for advertising.
Terms of use
The pictures, text and designs on this site belong to Bitwick and may not be reused without asking.
Case studies show real working methods, but names and numbers on this demo site are made up for illustration.
We try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise it is complete.
