Seven people, one building, a lot of coffee.
Bitwick started in 2019 with two laptops and a shared desk in Osaka. We’ve grown into a small team that likes to keep it small. You’ll talk to the people who do the work.

We make websites, games and brands for people who run real businesses: a bike shop, a coffee roaster, a museum. We like clients who know their customers by name.
We work on a grid, literally. Everything on our screens snaps to eight pixels, and so does the way we plan a project: small, even steps, nothing in between. It keeps us honest and it keeps the work crisp.

How we work
1
Small steps, shipped.
We deliver something you can click every week.
2
Say the price early.
Money is easier to talk about on day one than on day thirty.
3
Make it easy to edit.
If your team can’t change a line of text on a Tuesday, we built it wrong.
4
Draw it by hand first.
Paper, then pixels.
5
Leave the lights on.
We look after what we ship.
